Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. DropGuys is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package can be received at the provided address. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or the package is refused, it will be treated as a return under our Return Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages: DropGuys is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen by the customer. We recommend customers select insured or signed-for shipping options for added protection.

Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval, the package will be treated as a return under our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Refusal of delivery does not absolve the customer of payment obligations.

Attempted Delivery as Fulfillment: An attempted delivery, as documented by the carrier, will be considered fulfillment of our delivery obligation. Customers must contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup if the initial attempt is unsuccessful. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, it will be treated as a return under our Return Policy.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is available here. Refunds for items returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect addresses, or failure to collect will be processed after deducting return shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Any damage or use may result in partial refunds or denial of the request.
SECTION 5 - CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
DropGuys reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks or payment disputes that we believe are invalid or fraudulent. By making a purchase, you agree to:

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide the payment processor with documentation, including proof of delivery, tracking information, and correspondence with the customer.
SECTION 6 - FRAUD PREVENTION AND MISUSE
DropGuys actively monitors for fraudulent activity and reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or take legal action against individuals engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, or other misuse of our services. Customers found to have filed false claims, such as disputing valid charges or misrepresenting facts, will be held liable for all associated costs, including legal fees.
SECTION 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, including chargebacks, returns, or refunds, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England. By using our service, you agree to waive the right to participate in any class action or representative action. DropGuys reserves the right to recover all legal fees and costs associated with disputes resolved in our favor. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
SECTION 8 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
DropGuys reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DropGuys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
SECTION 10 - MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DropGuys (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By opting into or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section.
User Opt-In
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to make any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
You may opt-out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You understand that other methods of opting out, including but not limited to texting words other than STOP, may not be a reasonable means of opting out.
